MediaWiki has been successfully installed.

Consult the User's Guide for information on using the wiki software.

Protection script now seems to work properly and is documented.
URL beautification has been fixed. Punctuation and subpages should be translated correctly now.
I suspect that my ISP is blocking port 80 so https:// will be required at all times to access this wiki.
